【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthesafetyrequirementsforthedesignandconstructionofwinding,unwindingandrewindingmachinesforfilmorsheetmanufacturedfromrubber,plasticsandcompositematerialsinrespectofthesignificanthazardslistedinclause4.Awindingmachinebeginsattheintakeofthefilmorsheetintothewindingmachineandendsatthedischargepositionofthereel(s).Anunwindingmachinebeginsatthetake-uppositionofthereel(s)andendsatthefilmorsheettakeoffpoint.Arewindingmachinebeginsatthetake-uppositionofthereel(s)andendsatthedischargepositionofthereel(s).Insomemachinesthewinding,unwindingandrewindingfunctionsmaybecombined.ThefollowingfunctionalgroupsarecoveredbythisEuropeanStandard:?fixedpointroll;?filmorsheettensioncontrol;?windingzone;?reelchangedevice;?reelloadingandunloadingdevices;andthefollowingadditionalequipmentintegratedintothewindingmachine:?spreaderrolldevice;?longitudinalcuttingunit;?slittingdevice;?filmorsheetalignmentdevice;?staticeliminator.Technicalsafetyrequirementsforthedesignandconstructionofaidsforliftingandhandling,e.g.ofwindingcoresorreels,arenotcoveredbythisstandard.Technicalsafetyrequirementsforthedesignandconstructionofthicknessmonitoringdevicesarenotcoveredbythisstandard.Hazardsduetoelectro-magneticradiation,e.g.fromtheuseofthicknessmonitoringdevices,arenotcoveredbythisstandard.Toxicorchemicalhazardsandhazardsduetodusts,fumesorgases,whichcouldoccurfromthematerialsbeingwoundarenotcoveredbythisstandard.NOTEDirective94/9/ECconcerningequipmentandprotectivesystemsintendedforuseinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospherescanbeapplicabletothetypeofmachineorequipmentcoveredbythisEuropeanStandard.ThepresentstandardisnotintendedtoprovidemeansofcomplyingwiththeessentialhealthandsafetyrequirementsofDirective94/9/EC.ThisstandardappliestomachineswhicharemanufacturedafterthedateofapprovalofthestandardbyCEN.
