【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesproceduresforthedeterminationofthefatcontentofcereals,cerealbasedproducts,andanimalfeedingstuffs.Theseproceduresarenotapplicabletooilseedsandoleaginousfruits.Thechoiceofproceduretobeuseddependsonthenatureandcompositionofthematerialanalysedandthereasonforcarryingouttheanalysis.ProcedureAisamethodforthedeterminationofdirectlyextractablecrudefats,applicabletoallmaterials,exceptthoseincludedwithinthescopeofprocedureB.ProcedureBisamethodforthedeterminationoftotalfats,applicabletoallmaterialsfromwhichtheoilsandfatscannotbecompletelyextractedwithoutpriorhydrolysis.
