本标准规定了新造铁道客车组装后的检查与试验规则、每类检查所包含的检验项目、检验方法与检验结果的判定。本标准适用于构造速度不大于200km/h的标准轨距一般用途全金属车体的座车、卧车、行李车、邮政车、餐车、发电车和合造车等。公务车、维修车、试验车等特种用途车及非标准轨距的全金属车体客车可参照执行。
